Description
If you have read Marching Powder you will know all about this place. We managed to get in for 3 hours. An inmate named Luis Phillipe and four other inmate bodygaurds took us around the prison. We also managed to meet imprisoned opposition leader Jorge Melgar. One of the best and most intense times of my life.
